Personal Training was evolved from my desire to help people achieve their goals and create a body and lifestyle that people dream about!  Really its not as far of as you think!
                         
I got what I wanted out of it, so can you!
 
Losing weight, keeping fit and healthy is not easy at the best of times, and in this day and age we dont always have the time or desire to fit it in, after having two children, and working all hours I know how hard it can be!
 
I am committed to showing you how easy it can be,and how enjoyable and motivating my sessions are! Whether you want to train at home, the gym or outside.
 
A typical session includes: Cardiovascular and Resistance Training, with a warm up, main session and cool down.  Using various exercises and equipment - Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Swiss Balls, Bosu Balance Trainers, and bodyweight exercises.
 
I would welcome the opportunity to show you and deliver the best service in the area.

Block of 4 Sessions- £110 (save £10)
 
Couple's One Hour Session- £50
 
Block of 4 Couple's Sessions- £185 (save £15)
