PG Weight Loss Boot Camp
 
Do you want to get really fast results?  Do you like to push yourself?
Then come along to the only boot camp fitness class in the area!
 
 
PG Weight Loss Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning workout. It is conducted in an outdoor environment similar to the military style training regimes, with additional specific exercises, that last just under one hour.
 
Boot Camp workouts include, cardiovascular and resistance training, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, dumbbells,kettlebells, medicine balls, reaction balls, resistance bands and pure bodyweight exercises.
 
The workout will include:
10 Minute Warm Up,
20-30 Minute Cardio/Strength session including Core Training,
10 Minute Cool Down
 
We never do the same class twice, so you are always keeping your body guessing, and those calories burning.
 
This is a class for all ages and ablilities. If you have any special or additional requirements, please dont hesitate to ask.
 
I am there to push you, to make you work harder, for you to enjoy the best full body workout there is, no matter what your current fitness level is! It can only improve!

Cost of Classes
 
Single Class £4.50
 
Block of Four Classes* £16 (saves £2)
 
Block of Ten Classes* £40 (saves £5)
 
*Please note blocks of four must be used within 5 weeks.
Blocks of ten must be used within 11 weeks.
 
Please dont worry if you have never done a class such as this before, there are no routines to learn, no complicated moves, and I personally introduce you to all the training equipment we use.  This is for EVERYONE
