PG Weight Loss Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning workout. It is conducted in an outdoor environment similar to the military style training regimes, with additional specific exercises, that last just under one hour.
Boot Camp workouts include, cardiovascular and resistance training, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, dumbbells,kettlebells, medicine balls, reaction balls, resistance bands and pure bodyweight exercises.
The workout will include:
10 Minute Warm Up,
20-30 Minute Cardio/Strength session including Core Training,
10 Minute Cool Down
We never do the same class twice, so you are always keeping your body guessing, and those calories burning.
This is a class for all ages and ablilities. If you have any special or additional requirements, please dont hesitate to ask.
