Increase of Fee's for all areas
As of 1st January 2010, the current cost of Personal Training will rise from £25phr - £30 phr (based on single person sessions) please see Personal Training for more details.All Personal Training fees are due in advance.
Buggyfit and Bootcamp Classes will also see an increase from £4 - £4.50 per class, please see Buggyfit and Bootcamp for more details.
The increases are covering the 2.5% VAT increase, increased cost off hall hire, travel and advertising costs. I have tried to keep the costs to a minimum, and assure you that the great standard of work is still provided!

We're famous!
Well not the usual celebrity style, but still, theres nothing more exciting than to see yourself plastered over central scotland, even if it is on the back of a bus! LOL!!
Recently my girls and I were asked to 'model' for Clackmannanshire Council's latest campaign, to advertise Clackmannanshire as a great place to live! Well I love it here and so jumped at the chance!
So we proudly strutted our stuff down the train station platform for these great photos, now being used in the adverts!
It was nerve racking! The photographer was brilliant, and I managed to keep the four year old smiling as long as you can after getting on the train 9 times and not going anywhere!
Well we saw ourselves for the first time today! So PGFitness is currently driving its way through Central Scotland, via buses and trains! The adverts are also at train and bus stations.
Well theres my five minutes of fame!

Well its been three weeks and we really have enjoyed seeing ourselves! We were also in the local papers, which was great, so Ive added the cuttings in!
