Organised and funded by Clackmannanshire Council  Come along and enjoy a great Body Conditioning exercise with PGFitness.

 This class is open to everyone living within the Clackmannanshire area. 
The class is structured with a fun warm up, a body weight resistance, and cardiovascular workout, and a relaxing cool down.
 All areas of the body get a full workout, paying special attention to 'problem' areas!

•PG Weight Loss Body Conditioning is a results-driven full body workout. It is conducted in an indoor environment, where individual focus is given within a group setting.  This class is designed to give you fat burning, muscle toning exercises to sculpt your body!
 
•Workouts include, cardiovascular and resistance training, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, dumbbells, medicine balls, reaction balls, resistance bands and pure bodyweight exercises.
 
•The workout will include:
10 Minute Warm Up,
20-30 Minute Cardio/Strength session including Core Training,
10 Minute Cool Down
 
•We never do the exact same class twice, so you are always keeping your body guessing, and those calories burning.
 
•This is a class for ages 16+ and so long as you able to walk quickly, you'll be fine! If you have any special or additional requirements, please dont hesitate to ask.
 
•I am there to push you, to make you work harder, for you to enjoy the best full body workout there is, no matter what your current fitness level is! It can only improve!

Please dont worry if you have never done a class such as this before, there are no routines to learn, no complicated moves, and I personally introduce you to all the training equipment we use.
