This class is designed for ALL mums.
Whether your pregnant, have a small baby, a toddler, or a teenager!
The class consists of a one hour power walking, cardiovascular resistance routine, designed for ante/post natal mums.
No need for a babysitter or a creche, just bring little one with you in their pushchair!
During the class we do some body weight exercises, like squats, and we use equipment, such as resistance bands, park benches, steps etc.
If you would like to come along to the class, please remember to bring a drink for yourself, (and baby), and that you are dressed comfortably for exercise, and suitably for the weather (eg gloves/suncream/waterproofs)
You can be assured that you are being taught by a fully qualified, and insured instructor.
For health and safety reasons buggyboards are not permitted during the class.
